You must inform the centre of immunisations that have been carried out.
Communication with our Admin officer; Bernie, is crucial in being able to keep your records up to date so that any entitlements owing are correct and current and the account is balancing. There is a great deal of admin involved for unfinalising accounts and then refinalising them to correct any issues due to immunisations. This also may result in you not getting all your entitlements as well.
