Toybox has been progressively looking at ways to improve the service. One of those items is security.
The Governing Committee has developed a Strategic Plan and we have been in consultation for a while. As of the 22 September 2016 the front door will be removed and replaced with an aluminium door. The door will have a code system installed and families enrolled in the centre will be asked to punch in a code to enter the building. Visitors and guests to the service will be required to press an intercom and be let into the service via a staff member and office staff.
We are so very pleased to provide a safer centre for children, families and staff.
